No Bake Peanut Butter Energy Balls

  • 1 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Dark Chocolate or Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt or Sea Salt
  • 3 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2/3 cup Natural Smooth Peanut Butter Room Temperature, Stirred Well (Use Sunflower Seed Butter if you have a nut allergy)


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  • Shape the bites: roll up a tablespoon full of the mix into a ball
  • Set the bites onto the prepared tray
  • Eat and enjoy!
  • Store in a plastic bag or airtight container in the fridge for up to a week
