Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats

Chopped Walnuts

Ground Flax Seed

Chopped Dark Chocolate or Chocolate Chips

Kosher Salt or Sea Salt

Pure Maple Syrup
1 1/2

Pure Vanilla Extract

Natural Smooth Peanut Butter
Room Temperature, Stirred Well (Use Sunflower Seed Butter if you have a nut allergy)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl
Shape the bites: roll up a tablespoon full of the mix into a ball
Set the bites onto the prepared tray
Eat and enjoy!
Store in a plastic bag or airtight container in the fridge for up to a week
