2  Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2-3 Tablespoons Water
1 Tablespoon Mirin
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Minced Ginger
1 Teaspoon Sesame OilUse the sauce in a variety of ways: as a dip for vegan egg rolls; with sauteed vegetables and baked tofu over rice or soba noodles.
