Trailyard

Here’s a description of this vegan-friendly restaurant from one of Michiana VegFest’s Board members, Marcy Dailey, after discovering this restaurant in mid-June 2024:

“Had a great dining experience at Trailyard in Valparaiso yesterday- the Crispy Brussels Sprouts were practically sinful they were so good, there was a bottle of organic mustard for hubby’s Beyond burger, my sweet potato tacos were finger-licking good (sorry!) and came with refried beans and rice, their take-out boxes were eco-friendly AND they recycle! All in a clean, family-friendly setting surrounded by a multi-use trail system. I’d like to go again and check out the Creekside trails!”
