Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

  • 1 cup White wheat flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 cup Franks red hot (hot sauce)
  • 1 tbsp Vegan butter
  • 1 Head of Cauliflower

Ranch Dip

  • 2 tbsp Vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Dill
  • 1 tsp Chives
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and paprika in a large bowl. Add in water and stir.
  • Toss cauliflower florets in batter mixture. Lightly spray your baking sheet with cooking oil and then add florets to the baking sheet. Place in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes. 
  • While that is baking, mix together your hot sauce and vegan butter on the stove top until butter is melted. 
  • After florets have baked for 15 mins, pour the hot sauce mixture on top of the florets and toss to cover. Place back in the oven for 10 more minutes.
  • Mix all ingredients to a bowl for Ranch Dip, serve and enjoy!
