Avocado Toast with a Twist!

  • 1 Large Avocado
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 pcs Whole Grain Bread
  • 1 Cup Sliced Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Halved Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Almonds unsalted
  • Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
  • Balsamic Glaze optional
  • Agave optional


  • Start by preparing the strawberries and cherry tomatoes. The strawberries should be sliced and cherry tomatoes halved.
  • Cut the avocado in half and scoop out the inside into a bowl. Mash the avocado until a spreadable consistency. Add olive oil, salt and lime juice and mix.
  • Place bread in a toaster, and toast to preference. 
  • Spread avocado mixture on the toast.
  • Top with strawberries and balsamic glaze or honey, cherry tomatoes and Everything But the Bagel seasoning or blueberries and chopped almonds, and enjoy!
  • Try utilizing vegan feta cheese with cherry tomatoes and use balsamic glaze!
